Default August 2009

Last month was the best turn out we’ve had for the RA so far so I’m looking forward to this month being as active. Not only did we see a lot of new names in the mix at least a few of the mesh authors whose work was used voiced their pleasure in seeing the models used and that’s what it’s all about.

So let’s get it started because based on the number of entries last month I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Just add the credits to the image and you should be good to go.

That's a nice picture mmarable.

But you need to increase the size of your starfield object because right now, you have stars in front of the Earth.

DOH! I was hoping they were city lights. See? I told you I fumbled around. Thanks Delta for trying to cover for me.

Oh well, that's how you learn, right?

I wanted to work more on this since there is quite a bit that I'm not happy with but LW decided that it didn't want to work on it and crashed when I was saving. Thus mangling the scene file. I output the render as a layered .psd but photoshop doesn't want to read that either. I tried to use a backup scene but again LW is being pissy and crashes as soon as I try and adjust anything. So short answer... here it is. It could have been better but...

I give you " Rapture "

Character is Victoria from Daz and the scene is from my Ionic Era pack.

Okay, I've fixed the problems with the starfield and change the image a bit, trying to give it more of a feeling of distance and a little more life to the image.

Thanks

There's a pair of OOD's that are getting their ventral orifices expanded to accommodate a size 15 starfleet-issue boot, I suspect. The tracking party in both CIC's is probably getting the same treatment, for allowing the other ship to come that close. There's going to be near-miss incident reports sent off. There's some people losing their quals. Hell, the skippers may soon be getting relieved for cause ...

Oh, wait, that's what would happen in the US Navy, not starfleet. Never mind.

Or maybe it'd happen there, too ...
